LPG

Our operations related to Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG) started in 1998 as an integral part of the project in Agua del Cajón. The plant obtains propane, butane, and stabilized gasoline through the processing of natural gas before it enters the power generation facility. The first two products, propane and butane, are marketed independently, while gasoline is blended and sold along with oil. This product diversification allows us to address various market needs and effectively leverage our resources.

PLANT
LOCATION

The plant operated by Servicios Buproneu, a subsidiary of Capex, is located adjacent to the Agua del Cajón thermal power plant. In this plant, the dry gas obtained after the process is used to fuel the thermal power plant, ensuring a constant and efficient fuel supply for our power generation operations. This integration contributes to the efficiency of our operations and the optimization of resources.
