CORPORATE GOVERNANCE
With this Corporate Governance approach, we prioritize transparency and reliability, applying best practices in all our operations. Maintaining a fluent relationship between the administrative and control bodies with all stakeholders involved in our operations is a constant objective.
Our highest administrative body is the Board of Directors, composed of a number of members determined by the shareholders’ assembly, with a minimum of three and a maximum of six members, each serving for one year. Additionally, some of these members have the status of independent according to CNV (Argentine Securities and Exchange Commission) criteria.
The oversight of our activities falls under a Supervisory Committee, consisting of three members, each with a one-year mandate.
Furthermore, we have an Audit Committee responsible for ensuring compliance with the duties established in the Transparency Regime of the Public Offering.
Our focus on corporate governance reflects our commitment to integrity and ethics in all our operations.
